IMPACT Mapping: IMPACT Mapping was started by Kevin Meconis, MPH, and Wayne Harris, JD, when we realized the sparse utilization of GIS in the NGO/CBO/Small Business marketplace. We both use GIS everyday in our roles as analysts for the Riverside County Health Department, and see first-hand the value it adds.
